My Students

As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.

My students have Autism but are very eager to learn and try new things.

I am a first year teacher and my classroom has very limited resources and materials. With your help my students will get what they need and deserve.

Thank you in Advance!

My Project

My awesome students deserve a quality education and with your help I will be able to give it to them. I am a first year teacher and when I came into my classroom my resources were extremely limited. The items I have chosen will greatly increase their ability to complete daily work.

With your support, my students will be able to soar and accomplish great things!

I have six students with varying ability levels. In order to individualize their instruction, many different interventions and learning materials are needed.

The materials I have chosen will each be used for different areas of learning for my students. I do not have any math resources or manipulatives so the math folder games will be used to follow up on what each student is working on based on their IEPs.

They are struggling with telling time, so I thought having a fun interactive clock will increase their interest and help them grasp the concept.

The printing book will assist my non-verbal student as he learns to write. I recently discovered that he can trace his name and I am SO excited!! So, of course, I want to push him to trace more! and he will be on the road to writing on his own in no time!

The above mentioned items and their uses are just a few examples of how your support will greatly assist my students in a variety of different ways.
