My Project

Teaching at a Title 1 school, most students have a limited view of music when they come into my classroom. We try to give them a view of classical music as well as the many ways piano is used in all sorts of music, from rap to hip hop, from r&b to pop.

We have many students that have shown great interest and promise in learning to play the piano.

They have put their heart into their learning, but we only have so many keyboards for everyone to be able to learn on. Most students end up sharing keyboards. It would be much easier and more beneficial for students to be able to learn using their own keyboard.

I also have students who are more advanced and require the use of larger, weighted keyboards other than the one that I already have in the classroom.
