The students at my Title I school are eager kids who want to show the world their music abilities. They come to music class ready to dance, sing, and learn whatever musical element I want them to know.
My students love music and love to share with me their favorite experiences in music.
I want to offer a music room where the students won't need to worry about not having what they need to learn.
I teach at a Title I school where all of the children receive free breakfast and free lunch. There are many students at my school who receive backpacks of food to take home over the weekend, and we also have a food pantry at our school to benefit our families once a month. Even with all the challenges that the students experience, the students come to music class eager to learn!
My Project
Markers, crayons, pencils and other classroom supplies will help my students with projects in the music classroom. They will not have to bring their classroom materials with them and will have them in the music classroom.
I do not get beginning of year supplies for my classroom and everything to supply my classroom comes from teachers that choose donate to my room and what I buy for my classroom.
Any and all help to adequately supply my classroom is very appreciated.
I don't want my students to worry about not have the supplies that they need in my classroom. Many families sometimes struggle to get the supplies their students need for their classroom teacher and I don't want to add another burden onto them. My students can come to music and everything will be here for them!
