This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having access to proper equipment is incredibly helpful in a learning environment. It helps students to stay focused and assures them that they will have the benefit of using that item without failure.

Our music program has three music stands and they are all broken.

I would love to give our students the opportunity to focus on their progress as a musician and not the broken equipment. This would also benefit us hugely because we would have close to a class set of music stands and the students could at least share a functioning music stand.
