My Project

These personal whiteboards, markers, and erasers will give students the tools they need to practice reading and writing music. Instead of using paper and pencil, the whiteboards will give students the chance to practice on something different and something reusable. We have been using whiteboards in the classroom for a couple years now, but the whiteboards we have, are made of cheap cardboard and are not fit for continuous use. These whiteboards will be sturdier and give students better tools for practicing their note reading skills.

By giving students their own whiteboards and markers to practice note reading, students have a better time understanding music notation.

The whiteboards are double-sided, giving students space to practice drawing notes alone before putting them on the staff lines.
