My Students

What do you do when your Cd does not turn on and you have 24 kindergartners waiting to sing!

I strive to create a healthy, learning environment for my kindergarten class.

My energetic kindergartners are actively engaged in learning each day. We are a Title 1 school in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Our school is predominately English Language Learners. More than 80% of the students receive free lunch.

My Project

My classroom provides a warm and stimulating learning environment for my students. I am requesting materials that will help each of them to reach their full potential by adding music, chants, movement and dancing between our academic lessons. This activity will keep my students focused and create a greater appreciation for the Arts.

My students need an audio CD player as well as Cd's that incorporate songs, movement and rhythm.

These supplies will create a learning environment rich with rhythm, music and movement for my Kinder students!
