This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

Hi, Music is the magic that helps us learn. I teach special education with grades 1-4. We use music all day long. For learning math, language arts, and especially during out English Language learning time.

Our problem: the CD player I bought a few years ago is on its lasts legs. It works only occasionally and makes sounds that my students call the "remix," but make me cringe.

I really need music in the classroom. Therefore I need a new CD player in the classroom. That's where you can help.

Your help will ensure that my students do not lose skills like counting by 5's, and 10's, learning songs that help them with their English learning, and mostly just enjoy our day a bit more with music in it. Sometimes to calm them down I will put a classical CD on for them, now they beg for it. I appreciate your support in advance.
