My Project

We have regular rehearsals for form chamber music group. The cooperative learning style of my honors program has built strong relationship between the student group and close support system. Students are learning independently and with resilience to setback and changing perspectives.

Music is a powerful tool to release stress and settle down a calm mind to propel excellence.

Mindfulness and learning about relaxation skills are essential to develop a healthy and strong mind and body. My students are highly competitive and self critical for day to day learning goals. They also have learned how to pace themselves and adding stress release skills to their college readiness portfolio.
