My Project

Music is powerful.

It stimulates the mind, body, and soul. Music doesn’t just help with memory; it also impacts our ability to focus. Incorporating music into physical education activities helps learners in boosting focus and concentration. Music motivates movement and it enhances learners' performance.

My first graders are always excited for Physical Education. I love seeing them enjoying the dance warm up. I make sure to incorporate music as it helps them develop their creativity and inspire them to move more while they play. The dodgeballs, toss and catch balls and a speaker helps my first graders enjoy and be more engaged in our Physical Education class.
