Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting speakers to motivate students to MOVE. We want speakers to fuel our minds and bodies when we take them on field trips and use them during projects to motivate students and provide ambiance when working in groups.

Students feel more at ease when listening to music while working and collaborating together.

Since the speakers are portable, we can take it with us while doing community service projects in and out of school. Students can take turns selecting the soundtrack to their lives through self-expression and lively music. When we do hands-on STEM projects, we can also keep music in the background to keep our creative juices flowing. It will also help to use music as a timer and keep students on-task and engaged.
