Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students represent a diverse group of learners from various ethnic and socioeconomic groups. Our days are packed, and breaking them up with a snack keeps us focused and energized to learn more. We plan on learning about key figures in history, science, the arts and music, and nibbling while we work on drafts to share what we have learned. Games help motivate us as readers and writers. Full stomachs and open minds help our young learners grow. Help us help them get what they need each day as they learn together in a fun and healthy way.
