My Project

As a third-grade teacher, I am always looking for creative ways to help my students build foundational math skills in an engaging and interactive way. One area where many of my students need extra practice is building fact fluency, especially when it comes to mental math and counting by challenging numbers such as 4, 6, 7, and 8. I believe that hands-on, game-based learning is an effective way to make math practice both fun and impactful, and I am seeking support to bring in a variety of math games that will help my students strengthen these essential skills.

We already have some of these "Jump!" games in our classroom and the kids absolutely love them!

We have Jump! 1, 2, 3, and 5. But these have quickly become too simple for my students. I would like them to practice some harder multiples with them in game form, so I am requesting Jump! 4, 6, 7, and 8 to use in my math groups.

With the addition of these games, my students will be able to practice and master multiplication facts, improve their number sense, and develop confidence in solving math problems mentally. The interactive nature of the games will allow them to work individually or in pairs, fostering collaboration while reinforcing their math abilities. These resources will not only help my students improve their fluency but will also inspire them to approach math with a sense of excitement and curiosity.
