This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A printer is an essential necessity in a classroom. I've made lots of digital materials for students. However, there are some assignments that still need to be printed, such as tests/quizzes, hands-on activities, and entry points for students with disabilities.

Since we have been without a printer, it has been difficult to get my students the things they need.

It is not likely that I will be able to get a printer for the remainder of this year. Things are slow-moving in my school.

A laserjet printer uses a toner cartridge which lasts so much longer than ink cartridges. This will be much more reliable for me as well as my grade team.
