My Project

In today's fast-paced world, it’s essential to create a nurturing space where students can unwind and recharge. Our initiative aims to establish a technology-free mental health café during lunch, providing a sanctuary for students to connect with peers and engage in mindful activities. We seek support to supply nutritious snacks, refreshing drinks, stimulating puzzles, and engaging workbooks, fostering an environment that prioritizes well-being and creativity.

Imagine a cozy corner filled with laughter and conversation, where students gather around tables adorned with vibrant puzzles, allowing them to collaborate and build friendships.

The enticing aroma of healthy snacks and drinks will draw them in, encouraging them to take a break from screens and focus on self-care. The workbooks will provide opportunities for self-reflection and personal growth, equipping students with valuable tools for managing stress and anxiety.

By contributing to this initiative, you’ll be helping to cultivate a supportive community that values mental health and emotional resilience. Together, we can create a haven that not only nourishes the body but also the mind and spirit, empowering students to thrive in a balanced and fulfilling environment.
