Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items will help build our reading nook. The shelves will be used to organize the books by title, reading level, and genre. The flexible seating will allow for increased movement in the classroom, while maintaining safety.

Students are often forced to read and can struggle to develop a love for reading.

By creating an inviting place to read, these students can fall in love with literacy.

Finally, the other materials will be used to keep our classroom clean and replace supplies that have been used up throughout the year.
