Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kindergarten is a big step for my students, and giving them a little bit of comfort and fun will help them ease into the transition of this new phase of learning.

My students are fun and motivated by music and comfort.

They enjoy getting up and dancing with the music, and the scarves are a great brain break for that purpose. They will also be used to help with fidgeting and anxiety as they learn to listen and learn as a class. The fidget pop-its will also help to calm anxiety and make learning to read fun!

My kindergarteners struggle to sit comfortably on the floor, and the floor cushions will be a great addition to my classroom to create a flexible learning environment. The labels will help keep our classroom materials organized.

Everything requested will improve the environment of my classroom. Students will adapt and grow to their new learning environment through the use of these items!
