This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help me provide my students with opportunities to enhance our classroom environment by helping me create a sensory friendly calming corner. This dedicated space will provide students the opportunity to take a break, practice on managing their emotions, and learn that their feelings are valid.

Your support can help us equip this calming corner with essential items such as cozy seating, sensory tools, and calming visual aids.

By contributing to this initiative, you'll be making a meaningful difference in my students' well-being and their ability to thrive in a supportive learning environment.
