Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are fun, creative, loving, and smart.

We are part of a school that celebrates inclusion and our classroom is a safe space for students to feel successful.

As a 4th grade Education Specialist, my students thrive with hands-on, active, and engaging learning experiences which allow them to learn in the best way possible.

My Project

These supplies will help students actively participate in their learning.

Research has shown that providing multi-sensory instruction helps provide a richer learning experience for students.

While we do online instruction these tools will allow students to supplement their learning by being able to physically engage with the material.

These specific items will be used during math, language arts, writing, and other activities to help students feel successful.

Using multipurpose whiteboards allow students to have consistent writing material and allows them to use the magnetic lettering to spell out words. Having math manipulatives for fractions allows my students to physically see similarities and differences that can be confusing without support.
