My Project

The importance of hands on, discovery based learning is priceless. Incorporating STEAM learning experiences with critical thinking and engineering concepts allows students to be creative, outside of the box thinkers and doers.

I work with amazing groups of young adults in the Bronx who love hands-on learning experiences.

The materials that I am asking for will help promote STEAM activities my students will be working on. Encouraging them to use scientific and engineering practices and, ultimately, promoting unique learning experiences.

All students should have access to fun, educational, outside of the box, learning experiences. However, to do this requires resources. That is why I am asking for these materials - so my students have the opportunity to discover alternatives to learning through hands on building experiences.
