My Project

" A child doesn't care what you know until they know that you care." Providing my students with a non-traditional setting, i.e. couch, bean bags, stress relief games etc. creates a safe place they can decompose and relax while talking about daily issues that occur. This will help them with reducing stress and anxiety and gain social well being. Students will learn that it is healthy to go through emotions rather than suppress them. The room will include self-confidence-building games and allow all students to work together at their own pace to heal and love themselves. This room is a calming room.
