Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The use of yoga mats will allow the students to be able to do individual body workouts and stretching. The posters will show them different exercises that they will be able to do on the mats.

The resistance bands and dumbbell weights will allow the students to build up their flexibility and strength.

The medicine balls will allow two students to work together to help each other and allow a student to use them for core body work.

The students have not been working out through Covid. This will help my students to build their endurance, flexibility, and strength by starting out with lower resistance bands and weights and moving on to heavier resistance bands and weights.
