My Students

My students are amazing individuals from many backgrounds and different familial circumstances. They all have one thing in common- their love of learning and wanting to challenge themselves. I teach in my hometown of East New York, Brooklyn, and am proud to serve the students of my community. Our school is a first-year STEM middle school focused on developing the scientific and mathematical skills of our students in order to equip them for a STEM-centered world!

My Project

Our school is a first-year STEM middle school in East New York, Brooklyn. As the only STEM-centered middle school in our district, we are ensuring that STEM is integrated into the fabric of our daily educational practices!

We want to jump-start our students' interests in Robotics and these LEGO kits will help us to get their minds piqued and the gears moving (Pun intended!) so that by 8th grade, we have a fully functioning, COMPETITIVE robotics team!

This starter robotics club will be a very important milestone in their STEM journeys!
