Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The resources in this project, such as the sashes and small mementos, will serve as tangible symbols of achievement for my Pre-K students, especially those with special needs.
These items will provide a sense of accomplishment, boosting their self-esteem and reinforcing positive learning experiences.
Additionally, the ceremony itself, marked by these special gifts and decorations, will create lasting memories that contribute to their emotional and social development as well as a positive opinion of attending school.
My students are unique in their diverse abilities, talents, and personalities. Their resilience and determination in overcoming challenges make them truly special and with these resources they will know that their hard work paid off.
