My Project

Most students spend a bulk of their time on tablets, doing things that don't always lend support to their learning. Maybe they are unaware of the plethora of fun and exciting ways technology can be conducive to their learning, or maybe they just want their teachers to help them learn.

They are going to be having fun, but using a tactile and interactive way of learning.

Most curriculums and lessons are online and have the abilities for students to be hands on also. This is where this big, life sized "tablet" will come into use for my kiddos, giving them the idea that they are on a tablet, but it's strictly educational...they just don't know it. What good is that, if we don't do it together in a way they aren't even realizing they're still learning?

This "tablet" will provide more than a technology based opportunity experience for the students in my room, but it is mobile, allowing it to follow me from student to student, giving each and every child in my small group the chance to succeed.

Being in a Title 1 school, this device will be an absolute eye opener for my students and will guarantee them to arrive with excitement and anticipation of learning!
