My Project

As school is now beginning to return to sense of normalcy post pandemic, we can begin to learn more about movement in music and incorporate that into live performance. Last spring, our school had its first live performance since the pandemic.

This year I hope to start incorporating more live performances across a few grade levels.

Much of the preparation for performances begins in the classroom with movement activities and learning to sing with a proper tone. For performances, we need stories, scripts, accompaniment CDs, and a class set of scarves for movement and dance.
