My Project

This project is being created to help students build motivation during this second long stretch of the school year. Students are HIGHLY motivated by stickers, awards, and prizes. Providing different motivational materials will help increase motivation and students will be driven to complete their work better and faster, creating more time in lessons for enrichment and other activities.

Award certificates will be used daily to celebrate different students and their accomplishments.

Pencils and erasers will be used as prizes to gift to students that persevered through hard work towards an individual goal. Medals will be used to give to students who have achieved an individual goal. The Alexa will be used as another type of motivation to play soft music while students are working or to play celebratory music when students have done their best.
