This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help us motivate out student to achievement and excellence. Our students comes from all ethnic background and most are low income who face various obstacles in order to attend school.
Sometimes it can be hard to get out of bed and get ready to come to school, so we provide students with small goals with incentives to help them meet the goal and stay on track towards academic and emotional success.
Weekly we meet with students and together help them come up with a plan to make sure they come to school everyday and on time. In order to encourage them to work hard on the plan we like to provide them with yummy snacks and treats to give them that extra push to meet their goal.
Attendance is a team effort and we are determined to work together with staff, parents and community to help students thrive. Please consider joining us and making a difference in our students.
