Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have been a Special Educator for a decade and have worked with students of all disabilities.

Since Covid-19 and lockdown, my students with special needs have fallen behind and are severely unmotivated.

My dream is to show them that hard-work and determination are rewarded.

These fidget items will be given as rewards for students that do their work, participate, and take ownership of their learning! Students that do such will be recognized and allowed to drop a coin into the Plinko each Friday. This will determine types and quantities of rewards for my students. Help me remind my students that hard work and determination pays off!
