My Project

Keeping students engaged and motivated is key to creating a positive learning environment. To encourage hard work, perseverance, and good behavior, I want to provide my students with a fun and rewarding incentive system that includes desk pets and treasure box prizes!

Desk pets—tiny, collectible animal erasers—will serve as classroom companions that students can earn and care for through positive behaviors, academic achievements, and participation.

Alongside desk pets, a well-stocked treasure box filled with small prizes like stickers, fidget toys, and school supplies will give students something exciting to work toward.

These incentives will help reinforce responsibility, goal-setting, and teamwork while making learning more enjoyable. With your support, we can create a classroom environment where students are excited to achieve and celebrate their
