Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

5th grade math curriculum is full of fractions and decimals! This concept is often difficut for students to understand without using concrete models. These manipulatives to help them see parts of a whole and how to compare, add, multiply, and divide, them.

The connecting cubes will be great for our kinesthetic learners along with our visual learners.

Many of our students have special needs and we have to find ways to help them access the content in a meaningful way. These manipulatives will make a hude impact in our classroom. These manipulatives will engage our students in learning!!
