My Project

At my school, we believe in building a school environment where every positive choice is recognized and celebrated. Our PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) program helps foster kindness, respect, responsibility, and safety among our students. Through this program, students earn tickets for demonstrating these behaviors, which they can use to "shop" at our student store for fun and exciting rewards.

A small reward can make a big difference in a child’s life.

Items like fidget toys, stress-release tools, arts and crafts supplies, and snacks may seem simple, but to our students, they represent encouragement, validation, and a reason to keep striving. These rewards help motivate students to make positive choices while also teaching them the value of hard work, self-control, and perseverance. For students facing challenges outside of school, these small tokens can mean even more, reminding them that their efforts are seen and celebrated.

My goal is to create a student store stocked with meaningful, engaging rewards that inspire students to continue making good choices. These items will not only reinforce positive behaviors but also help students build social-emotional skills, develop self-regulation, and feel proud of their achievements. Your generosity can help us create a school-wide culture where kindness and responsibility are the foundations of success.
