This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a reading specialist, my goal is to help my students learn to read. However, most students who come to me lack the motivation needed to overcome the difficulties reading can cause them. I need to help motivate them to want to read. One way to do this is through motivating games!

With your help, I will be able to play word games with my students, making reading a more fun, pleasurable experience.

This in turn, will motivate students to continue to want to read and read well. Reading is fundamental, and with games, it makes it an activity they want to participate it. Thank you for your consideration.
