This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love my students’ enthusiasm and resilience. They come to class every day ready to learn and eager to grow, no matter the challenges they face. Each of them brings a unique perspective and energy to our classroom, making it a vibrant and inspiring place to teach.

The prizes I am requesting will play a vital role in keeping that excitement alive.

By providing fun and meaningful incentives, I can encourage positive behaviors, active participation, and academic success. These rewards will give my students something tangible to work toward, boosting their motivation and helping them develop important life skills like goal-setting and perseverance.

My goal with this project is to create a culture of celebration in our classroom. I want my students to feel recognized for their hard work and accomplishments, whether it’s mastering a tough math concept, completing a challenging book, or showing kindness to their peers.

What makes my students truly special is their unwavering determination. Many of them face hurdles outside of school, but, they don’t let that stop them from striving for their best. They inspire me every day, and I want to do everything I can to inspire them right back.
