My Project

All of our students try their best and take pride in doing well. However, positive behaviors, engagement, and relieving stress can be extremely difficult at times. We have continued using a schoolwide initiative, Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports(PBIS), and students are rewarded points for showing respect, responsibility, safety, integrity, determination, excellence, empathy, and self directness from all staff. My students have access to my store, and I have opened it up to the rest of the school, and they have loved the PBIS store that I have created. We have seen phenomenal results and they look forward to their weekly shopping trip and classroom deliveries. Unfortunately, supplies are diminishing quickly which is the ultimate goal!

With these donations, I can expand my PBIS store and continue to offer more incentives to all students to recognize and reward them for exhibiting positive character traits.

Your donations will allow me to provide other incentives than positive notes, phone calls, stamps, and stickers. At the students request, your generosity will help me provide them with incentives of their choosing.

Students in our school work put forth their best effort and while grades and good moral character are always the main focus, your donations would motivate students be recognized on another level. Thank you for any contribution you can make and always supporting education, students, and teachers.
