This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This school year, just like the last one, has been exciting for the simple reason that things are slowly getting back to normal after covid. However, some classroom routines are still affected today by the pandemic. One of those routines is our morning meeting routine. Normally, we gather together on the rug for our meeting, and we set a positive tone for our school day. However, with covid, our classroom rugs got thrown away and students are forced to learn from their seats all day. Please help me provide them with a place to gather every morning and more flexible seating options.
