My Students
My students are fantastic! Being in band and percussion classes require a high level of discipline and focus. The students I teach have often done band and percussion for multiple years and shown both commitment and prowess. I'm lucky to work with some of the best students in the world!
They are also very kind and friendly.

My Project
This will allow any underprivileged student the opportunity to continue their learning on the instrument of their choice. Students that don't have enough money for a purchased instrument can take a school instrument home and continue their learning, even in a virtual setting. I have been devastated when I can't offer students an instrument, and they end up leaving band altogether. I'm hopeful that this influx of new instruments can help more students play music for longer.
The longer a student is able to play their instrument, the more impact music can have in their life.
