My students are mostly English Language Learners who come to this country with knowing little or no English. Most of their parents are immigrants and also have limited English communication ability. Even though they are facing challenges and obstacles like language barriers, social-emotional problems, etc., these kids always show up with a smile and ready to learn! We are an ICT class which incorporates students with varied abilities and special needs with general education peers in a nurturing, cooperative environment with two full time teachers. My students are all unique individuals who are always eager to participate in class lessons.

My Project
Drawing, conducting experiments themselves, building structures are all things easily done when a student is sitting in a classroom. They are not easily done when a child is at home and does not have the materials needed. We often want to draw with our class, yes to add to the material we are learning but sometimes we hear we do not have blank paper or even crayons. While we say do not worry you can use your notebook and a pencil this is not the same. Also, kids should be able to have access to things that will enable their creative and imaginative side show
