Help me give my students more space to learn by replacing my teacher desk with an adjustable table and creating learning spaces that use our space better with foldable whiteboards & a new rug!

I've always prided myself on creating a classroom that is comfortable and inviting for my students. We have our traditional desks and then we also have alternative places to learn.
Students have loved these spaces!
My class size is growing this year and I want to continue to offer these choices but need to find some better options. My super large teacher desk needs to go, and the adjustable table would be a perfect replacement.
Research has shown that doing math at a standing whiteboard increases learning and allows students to work collaboratively. In the past, I have had several of these around my room, but will not have the space for them this year. I would like to replace them with foldable easels that can be put away when not in use.
The new rug would provide a space for us to gather for our daily meetings and stories and also provide a place for students to work & play (our puzzle table will be on the rug, a favorite choice for early finishers!). Creating a functional space that also allows students choice is my goal. All of these things would help me achieve that goal.
