Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come from all walks of life with every kind of financial level. My students include ELD (English Language Development), Special Education/Special Needs students, and everything in between. They are always doing their best to be the best that they can be. We celebrate not only our successes in our class but also our mistakes. They know that without mistakes, we can't learn.

My Mathematicians are social, love to communicate, have a deep connection to each other and their school, and they have a passion for learning, even during this pandemic.

My students need that extra boost to participate and engage in the lessons. My students are bright, but I do not want students left behind the rest of the class.

Help me bring student engagement, participation, grades and test scores up, and a love for math, all while building a better 21st Century Learning environment with my middle schoolers.

My Project

As a math teacher, Having enough screens to display all the content that is needed to teach. Whether it is hybrid, virtual, or in-person teaching, a teacher needs to be able to see everything that is needed for the lesson.

More screen real estate is crucial to a teacher during this tough times.

Being able to see my digital lesson plans, seeing what is displayed for students, and being able to see what the students are working on, all at the same time, is difficult to do unless you have multiple screens.
