My students love book time with memorable and engaging characters.

More books about Piggie and Gerald will delight my students over and over!

The students giggle and act out the cute stories, asking for the books we have repeatedly. Pete the Cat and Eric Carle's books are also a hit with their simple topic and catchy phrases. My preschool students are learning to name and control their emotions. Books that specifically highlight feelings will help them communicate their needs.

Special books like these are important for cultivating a lifetime love of reading.
