This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My library is still very small and I am still looking to expand the types of books we include! I have asked my students what they are interested in so that they will be motivated to keep reading on their own!

I know that having interest in the books promotes more independent reading and I am eager to see my students improving in that.

My goal is to have enough books for all their interests that I can keep growing for years to come. My students are all excited and want to read they just need the books for it.
