Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help students learn about money by using Amazon gift cards as rewards in our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. Students will earn these gift cards for showing good behavior and working hard in school.

The goals are to encourage positive behavior and to teach students how to manage money.

Students will learn how to budget, spend wisely, and make smart choices.

In our PBIS program, students can earn points for good behavior, like being respectful and doing their work. They can exchange these points for Amazon gift cards.

After they get their gift cards, students will create a budget based on how much they have. They will look for items on Amazon, compare prices, and decide what to buy. After shopping, they will talk about what they learned about spending and saving.

Using Amazon gift cards will reward students for good behavior and help them learn important money skills. This project will teach them how to manage money while encouraging them to behave well in school.
