My Project

This project will give my students the resources to have a print-rich text about Financial Literacy. This is a concept many students lack. Only 35 percent of parents discuss money and finances with their children, yet financial habits and impressions about money are made during childhood.

The fables about money and the lessons learned will give students a literacy boost while teaching valuable concepts and lessons about money.

Students will have access to reading material on differentiated levels, and many opportunities to show understanding of financial concepts and reading comprehension. They will also be able to participate in games and questions about what they had learned.
