Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

MoJo Fitness is determined to teach students the basics of weightlifting during our two week course. Including a variation of dumbbells will allow students to effectively challenge themselves with appropriate weight choices for both accessory and compound movements.

Our goal is to provide a physical education experience that is accessible to all students with different levels of fitness!

These weights will contribute to group strength-training and HIIT classes. Students will be learning a variety of exercises and practicing proper form.

This project is especially valuable to our students as our school does not have a formal physical education course. These students personally opted into MoJo Fitness to learn more about taking care of their physical health!
