Help me give my students another piece of resource equipment to use in their lesson presentations and activities. This mobile whiteboard will promote creativity and give more versatile options for students and instructors as they share their presentations.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

A mobile magnetic whiteboard will provide students and the instructor with a more versatile option to display important visual aids. As of now, the only available whiteboard is located on a wall many feet away from the closest students. Decreasing the proximity of the whiteboard to the students will help to keep students engaged promoting more student learning and allowing for more flexible classroom management techniques to be used.

My students are in Educator Prep CTE courses, and they make numerous presentations throughout the year.

The mobile whiteboard will help them to not feel so distant as they share with their peers their individualized presentations such as student-created anchor charts and visual demonstrations. It will serve as another alternative tool for which they can practice teaching in small groups as well as whole class sessions.

I have seen how choice can positively affect my students' work and demeanor and hope that the additional options of a mobile magnetic whiteboard will help us grow even more!
