This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have an amazing group of students this year that can benefit greatly from a mobile library and books to help develop their communication skills in our classroom. I am asking for help to create a mobile classroom library experience with reading books on a rotating bookshelf to give them access to different genres book choices. My students this year have unique mobility and fine motor skills that will benefit from a mobile library experience.

My essential academic students will love having a mobile classroom library with a variety of book choices to help them learn about skills they will take with them for independent living after graduation.

We will be very excited to have your support and commitment to our students’ learning and literacy development through generous donations and matching funds to help our project come to fruition.
