For my classroom, I want to provide the option for preferential seating. Special education students are able to focus with sensory tools such wobble stools and comfy chairs. Having sensory materials aids in calming behaviors enhancing learning.
Organizational tools will help me keep student material handy and neat.
My goals for this project is to provide the best possible learning environment for my students. Help me make a meaningful difference in these students lives. These materials will not only help with regulation and coping skills, but also fine and gross motor skills. As a special education teacher, I want to give my kids not only a successful educational environment, but also a calming one!
