Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am an elementary school-based occupational therapist starting at a new school. We are planning on building up our sensory resources for both in class and in the therapy room. These materials will also be helping students build up their fine motor, gross motor, visual perceptual, visual motor and executive functioning skills.

Please help me fill up my new OT room with dot markers, seat cushions, stickers, scissors, pop-its, etc.

Any donation is greatly appreciated! We are planning on creating a "sensory/break box" for each classroom in order to allow the students to fulfill their sensory needs in the classroom. This is a big need at our school. We want to put in fine motor strengthening activities (Thera-putty, Play-doh, etc.), along with fidgets and calming activities.
