Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school in Nevada serves 6-8 graders with a variety of abilities. Students who communicate nonverbally and students researching and presenting are encouraged to help each other grow. Materials are needed in all of the areas in between. Sequencing materials will help follow directions tasks. Students with apraxia will benefit from the apraxia work book. Social skill development is critical at this age, the different resources will ensure the students have a variety of opportunities to learn and practice their skills. We address conversation skills and problem solving/inference for students at a variety of levels of learning development requiring various resources.
