Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our class needs high-quality mirrors that give undistorted reflections and that are also safe for students because they won't break. We would like to use these mirrors to strengthen self-esteem. Students will look at themselves in these mirrors and say positive affirmations like "I am strong".

These mirrors can help students evoke positive feelings about themselves and strengthen their self-confidence.

Additionally, seeing themselves in their own reflection can increase self-compassion, develop self awareness, and improve relationships with their peers.

Please help our class obtain these safe and amazing mirrors. You will be touching the lives of my students and those around you.
